Trail Megalo Meteoro monastery-Vlachava road

Starting from the parking area of the Megalo Meteorou monastery, we descend steeply on the common trunk of the trail Megalo Meteoro monastery-Vlachava road (this trail), Short loop around Megalo Meteoro monastery και Meteora great loop until a crossroads, where we turn to the right.

The path is well-trodden and clear and runs along a clear ridge with sparse oak trees. This section has a nice view both to the south, i.e. Meteora, and to Antichasia.

We meet a dirt road that serves 2-3 old livestock facilities and we follow it to the NE. The woody vegetation is thinning, as a result of the effect of grazing. Soon we reach a meadow and immediately the Kalambakas-Vlachavas asphalt.
