Parrhassian Trails

After a call for tenders by the Development Agency Peloponnesus S.A., Anadigit undertook the study for designing a long hiking circle around Mt Lykeo, running through the ancient Parrhasian region.
Eight daily sections were organized totalling 90 km. The route starts and finishes at Karytena, but as a circle, it can begin from anywhere. Apart from the main route, many side-branches were found to be leading to neighboring villages or other destinations (like the archaelogical site of Lykeon or the temple of Epicurian Apollo) or bridging with shortcuts between nodes of the main network.
