The trail starts just after the abandoned monastery of Aghii Apostoli and follows the very good path to Aghios Georgios Katefios. The continuation towards Episkopi Gonias starts as an obvious (yet unmarked) path, some hundred meters before the church, but it turns soon into a faint path, lost between cultures. Keeping in view the position of Episkopi Gonias, you can reach the road over the great Byzantine church and from there to the main road from Fira to Kamari.
