The trail starts from Kesariani monastery and passes through the Hill of Taxiarches (visit the two religious monuments, the Early Christian basilica or Fragomonastiro and the chapel of Taxiarches) to get the good path that goes to the east. We arrive in the first quarry zone, then to the ancient quarry (nowadays used as a climbing area, known as "the Ship"). Continue to Dhrakospito (the Dragon house) and climb up along the great trench of quarries in Kakorema. We arrive in a small dirt road, which we follow until the fire watchtower. We can easily descend to Kesariani monastery.
